The joint for the brush body HD35 is compatible with the vacuum cleaner for Vorwerk Kobold VK135 VK136.    
The swivel mechanism allows the brush body to swivel and remain in a stable vertical position.    
The spare part for Vorwerk vacuum cleaner is easy to replace. Use a Torx wrench to loosen all 4 lower screws on the brush housing and remove the top cover.    
After removing the cover, unscrew the last screw holding the joint and remove it by pulling to one side. Fit a new joint by screwing in and tightening the screw. Refit the cover and tighten the screws on the lower cover again.    
If you can no longer feel the clicking sound in the upright position, it is advisable to replace the brush joint.
