Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes
We are not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns and Exchanges
You can return your order for any reason within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of your order.
Return and Exchange of Defective Merchandise:
a) If the package was received satisfactorily but the merchandise shows a defect, you must submit your claim to our company within no more than seven days (after receiving the package).
b) If the company accepts the reported defect, a replacement item will be shipped to you.
c) If your claim is not accepted, you will be asked to return the package for inspection of the defect.
d) The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
e) Once the company receives the returned package and verifies that the defect is indeed valid, the return shipping cost will be refunded, and a replacement item will be sent.
Conditions
a) Proof of purchase, including the order number and buyer’s identification, is required for any return or exchange.
b) You have 15 calendar days after the purchase to request a return or exchange. After 15 days, no returns or exchanges will be processed.
c) Returns or exchanges are subject to validation of the product’s condition and purchase terms.
d) Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, is dirty, or is damaged.
e) The amount paid for the merchandise will be refunded in the same payment method and currency used for the purchase.
f) For returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects:
• If the product shows a manufacturing defect, you must report it as soon as possible.
• The defective product must be returned with its tags (intact) and in its original packaging.
Order Cancellation
a) A request to cancel an order may be sent as long as you have not yet received the order confirmation.
* If the order has not yet shipped, we will refund the full amount of the order, except for a 2% fee to process the order.
b) Once the company has sent the order confirmation, no cancellations will be accepted, and no payments will be refunded.
c) If the cancellation is accepted but a payment has already been made, a credit note will be issued for the corresponding amount.
