Refund policy
RETURN PERIOD: 15 DAYS
You can return your order for any reason within a maximum of 15 days from the date of your order.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be exercised up to 15 days after receiving the goods.
The goods can be returned within 15 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

REFUND AMOUNT
We will refund the total amount paid for your order using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after we receive your returned item at our warehouse.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of shipping the return to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.
REASONS FOR REJECTING A RETURN:
• If the return is made after the 15-day period.
• If the item is used, tampered with, or damaged.
• If the product is incomplete and missing any accessories.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING AN ORDER
To return an order, you must:
1. Contact our customer service team through the contact section on our website or by emailing info@monteralfix.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm your return request.
3. Once confirmed, you can send the order back to our warehouse.
4. When we receive it and verify everything is in perfect condition, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days.
ORDERS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT
If your order arrives damaged due to transportation issues, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You will need to provide your order number and photos of the damaged item.
Once we verify your request, we will arrange for a new order to be sent to you at no additional cost.
EXCHANGES
Return and Exchange of Defective Merchandise:
a) If the package was received satisfactorily but the merchandise shows a defect, you must submit your claim to our company within no more than seven days (after receiving the package).
b) If the company accepts the reported defect, a replacement item will be shipped to you.
c) If your claim is not accepted, you will be asked to return the package for inspection of the defect.
d) The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
e) Once the company receives the returned package and verifies that the defect is indeed valid, the return shipping cost will be refunded, and a replacement item will be sent.
Order Cancellation
a) A request to cancel an order may be sent as long as you have not yet received the order confirmation.
* If the order has not yet shipped, we will refund the full amount of the order, except for a 2% fee to process the order.
b) Once the company has sent the order confirmation, no cancellations will be accepted, and no payments will be refunded.
c) If the cancellation is accepted but a payment has already been made, a credit note will be issued for the corresponding amount.
